从心出发-第167章
6月16日 仰望基督
从心出发-第167章
Beholding Christ, June 16
从心出发-第167章
“若有人在基督里,他就是新造的人,旧事已过,都变成新的了”(林后5:17)。[1]{FH 179.1}
从心出发-第167章
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.2 Corinthians 5:17.{FH 179.1}[1]
从心出发-第167章
我们藉着耶稣所赐的能力,就能“得胜有余”(罗8:37)。但我们自己无法制造这种能力。唯有藉着上帝的灵,我们才能领受它。我们需要深深洞察基督的本性和祂那“过于人所能测度的”(弗3:19)爱的奥秘。我们要生活在公义日头温暖和煦的光线中。除了基督仁爱的同情,祂神圣的恩典和祂无限的权能之外,别无它法能助我们阻挡那残酷的仇敌,制服我们心中的反对。什么是我们的力量呢?就是主的喜乐。但愿基督的爱充满我们的心,如此我们就必准备好接受祂为我们所预备的能力。[2]{FH 179.2}
从心出发-第167章
Through the power that Jesus gives, we can be “more than conquerors.” But we cannot manufacture this power. Only through the Spirit of God can we receive it. We need a deep insight into the nature of Christ and into the mystery of His love, “which passeth knowledge.” We are to live in the warm, genial rays of the Sun of Righteousness. Nothing but Christ’s loving compassion, His divine grace, His almighty power, can enable us to baffle the relentless foe and subdue the opposition of our own hearts. What is our strength? The joy of the Lord. Let the love of Christ fill our hearts, and then we shall be prepared to receive the power that He has for us.{FH 179.2}[2]
从心出发-第167章
但愿我们每日因所享有的福气而感谢上帝。世人若肯在上帝面前自卑,认识到他们怀存自足自恃的精神多么不适宜,体悟到自己毫无能力作成所必须作的洁净心灵的工作,若肯撇弃自己的义,基督就必住在他们心内,着手使他们成为新造的人,并继续工作直到他们在祂里面得以完全。[3]{FH 179.3}
从心出发-第167章
Let us thank God every day for the blessings that are ours. If human agents will humble themselves before God, realizing how inappropriate it is for them to cherish self-sufficiency, realizing their utter inability to do the work that needs to be done in order that their souls may be purified; if they will cast away their own righteousness, Christ will abide in their hearts. He will put His hand to the work of creating them anew and will continue the work till they are complete in Him.{FH 179.3}[3]
从心出发-第167章
基督绝不会忽略放在祂手里的工作。祂必感动坚定的门徒,使他体悟到主正改造之心的刚愎,败坏,为罪恶污染的情形。真诚悔罪的人得知自尊自大之心的毫无用处。当他们仰望耶稣,将自己有缺点的品格与救主完全的品格相比时,他们只能说:[4]{FH 179.4}
从心出发-第167章
Christ will never neglect the work that has been placed in His hands. He will inspire the resolute disciple with a sense of the perversity, the sin-stained condition, the depravity, of the heart upon which He is working. True penitents learn the uselessness of self-importance. Looking to Jesus, comparing their own defective characters with the Savior’s perfect character, they say only,{FH 179.4}[4]
从心出发-第167章
“手中毫无赎罪价,惟靠主的十字架。”[5]{FH 179.5}
从心出发-第167章
“In my hand no price I bring;Simply to thy cross I cling.”{FH 179.5}[5]
从心出发-第167章
他们会与以赛亚一同说:“耶和华啊,祢必派定我们得平安,因为我们所做的事都是祢给我们成就的。耶和华我们的上帝啊,在祢以外曾有别的主管辖我们,但我们专要倚靠祢,提祢的名”(赛26:12,13)。——《评论与通讯》,1904年3月31日。[6]{FH 179.6}
从心出发-第167章
With Isaiah they declare, “Lord, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us. O Lord our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.”—The Review and Herald, March 31, 1904.{FH 179.6}[6]
